REGISTRATION

Registration for FALL 2011 Classes is open! Registrations are accepted for most classes until class capacity is reached.

Please ENROLL in classes via our ClassJuggler system.
If you need to DROP a class, please complete a DROP FORM as soon as you are aware that a change needs to be made. Tuition will continue to be due until an official drop request is received. Penalties will apply for classes that are dropped after the first 3 weeks of class.

Please see the ClassJuggler Login Page for complete registration instructions. Please be sure to "check out" when you are done selecting classes and camps. You are not registered until you CHECK OUT and receive an email confirmation.

 

New Family Information 

PREVIEW VISITS to our campus by prospective families are scheduled by appointment during the school year. Please use our online scheduling system to make an appointment with our Program Director for a consultation and campus visit. We love to meet new families! If you have specific questions and prefer to contact us by email first, please complete our Contact Form.

Preview visits are normally scheduled during lunch or recess in order to avoid class interruptions. Most classes only meet one or two days per week for 1-2 hours. Since class time is precious, we try not to interrupt classes with visitors. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your visit.

Several Open House dates are also during the summer and throughout the school year. Keep checking back here for updates about Open House dates and events, orjoin our YahooGroup to stay up to date on all of our extrardinary news and events. The announcement email group is open to all interested families. Simply request to join the group by clicking the "Join this Group" button on the YahooGroup website.

LATE REGISTRATION POLICIES

Late registration will be accepted in most classes until the class reaches capacity. Registration information is provided on our website. Please print the appropriate registration forms from the same page, fill them out, and bring them with you to the first day of class. Payment of Supply Fees and a down-payment on Tuition is required on or before the first day of class attendance.

  • Tuition will be pro-rated based on enrollment date.
  • A Registration Fee equal to one month of tuition is due for each class regardless of when registration occurs. This is your prepaid "May payment." Registration Fees are not discounted for late registration and are non-refundable.
  • Supply Fees may be discounted depending on the class and supplies required. This decision is up to the individual instructor. Supply Fees are non-refundable.
  • Book Fees will only be collected if we happen to have extra books on hand. We will not normally order books for new students after the start of the semester. The parent is responsible to obtain any needed books for the class in a timely manner. Some teachers may be willing to get the books for your child, but this is a courtesy.

All classes are FULL YEAR courses unless otherwise noted in the class description. Posted schedules are subject to change. Be sure to check back for changes and additions.
